RK series hydraulic quick couplings

     combine flat-face zero-leakage valve cores and thread locking structures. With merits of zero leakage, easy cleaning, anti-vibration and pressure coupling, they are suitable for high-pressure heavy-duty hydraulic systems.

    Working Principle

    Flat-face valve core: The male and female mating ends feature flush surfaces without cavities, with dual shut-off valves installed internally. During connection, the surfaces mate first before the valves open; during disconnection, the valves close first before separation, enabling automatic sealing at both ends.
    Screw-to-Connect locking: The male coupling is fitted with a rotating nut and the female coupling with external threads. Axial locking is achieved via thread engagement, replacing conventional ball and spring locking structures.
    Sealing system: Adopts a combination of flat faces and special-shaped seals, designed for zero leakage.

    Zero leakage: Residual oil spillage upon disconnection ≤0.02–0.1 mL per disconnect, virtually no dripping.

    Easy cleaning: Contamination-free flat profile without dirt pockets, wipe-clean in place.

    No Brinelling damage: Threaded locking eliminates indentation caused by locking balls, preventing surface fatigue and seizure under vibration or high pressure.
     Excellent vibration & shock resistance: Self-locking thread with anti-loosening structure prevents accidental disconnection, ideal for heavily vibrating applications such as construction machinery, drill rigs and agricultural equipment.
    High pressure rating: Working pressure rated at 420 bar with burst peak pressure exceeding 1000 bar, superior to conventional ball-type couplings (250–315 bar).
    3.Under-Pressure Connectability

    Single-side Under-pressure Connection: Safe manual coupling is achievable with residual pressure up to 100 bar trapped on the male half, requiring no pressure relief tools.
    4.Durability & Service Life

    Material: High-strength carbon steel with zinc-nickel plating; salt spray resistance ≥720 hours with no red rust formation.

    Service life: Zero leakage and structural failure after 100,000 impulse cycles plus 25,000 connect-disconnect cycles, outperforming ball-lock couplings substantially.

    Low flow resistance: Smooth fluid passage via flat-face valve core, delivering 70% higher flow rate than poppet-type couplings with low pressure drop for improved energy efficiency.
